Matrix(inverse/determinant) calculator tricks | For IOE Entrance

Matrix inverse using calculator:

Steps:

1. Press mode + 6 to enable matrix mode in your calculator.
2. Choose any matrix by pressing 1,2 or 3.
3. Choose order of matrix.
4. Put members of matrix in respective order.
5. Press AC only after pressing '=' inputting the last member.
6. Similarly repeat all above steps if you need to input another matrix choosing different matrix in option 2.
7. Then, Press Shift + 4 for matrix operation. Choose the matrix you entered above. And press inverse (-1 in power just below to mode key) key in calculator.
8. Press '=' to get your answer.

Steps:

2. Choose any matrix by pressing 1,2 or 3.
3. Choose order of matrix.
4. Put members of matrix in respective order.

7. Then, Press Shift + 4 for matrix operation. Press 7 for 'det' i.e. determinant. Again press Shift + 4 and choose the matrix you entered above.
8. Press '=' to get your answer.
